Feathers is what we refer to as the long, beautiful hair that grows on our Clydesdales legs.  As they run you can see their feathers blowing in the wind.

Kellie and Mat Barter bought this farm back in early 2022.  They met and became fast friends with neighbors Karen Bongert and Brian Allmoslecher who live just up the road (also the owners of Wildfire Equestrian).  Karen and Brian showed Kellie and Mat what the "farm Life" was all about and introduced them to caring for and working with Clydesdales.  They fell in love with the "big guys" and as they say, the rest was history.  

Our farm was created with one thing in mind, how do we share our Clydesdale experiences with others?  They are big, majestic animals with personalities just like us.  They love to play, work, hug and talk. 

Our farm is a working farm.  By that we mean while you are visiting us you could see any number of farm chores being carried out throughout the day.  You may see tractors in the fields mowing and bundling hay, we could be in the barn or one of the pastures grooming or working one of the horses, we may be hitching a team of Clydes to drive down the road or you will catch some of us cleaning stalls.  Feeding occurs in the morning and evening at the horse barn.  Other farm projects are always being worked throughout the week.  Every day there is something to do.  Welcome to the farm life...!
