Stalls
There are four, configurable, horse stalls available in the carriage barn. If you add to your package to include Clydesdales, we will prep the stalls with fresh cedar shavings so guests can interact with the Clydes. If no Clydes are added, we can configure the stalls to be used for seating (the front of the stalls swing away and open up). Each stall has a dutch door that exits to the lean-to.
Ceiling Fans and Lighting
The main carriage barn has eight ceiling fans and the lean-to has four ceiling fans which can be set to variable speeds. The fans also contains lights which can be dimmed. The carriage barn also has three beautiful chandeliers.
Lean-to
The lean-to is the covered portion of carriage barn that is outside. It can be configured however you prefer. It also has four ceiling fans.
Rolling Bar Stand
Bourbon barrel bar stand for your bartender to serve from.
Carriages/Wagons
We can have several carriages available for display if desired. We can place the carriage(s) in the carriage barn or around the surrounding property for display. We have a wedding carriage, people haulers, show wagons, trolley, etc. Several options if desired. All carriages, wagons and horses can also be rented for use in your event if desired.

Riding Arena
Outdoor Riding Arena Area
Directly behind the carriage barn is a wagon riding arena with a grass infield. This area could be used for a tent to host a ceremony, additional guests or dancing, etc. It is also a perfect area to set up as a picture opportunity to catch the sunset on the ridge just beyond!
